This year we want to teach our leaders how to “Work Smarter, Not Harder.” In an industry where we’re constantly trying to come up with the next best campaign or brand, the age-old saying “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” doesn’t work for our clients. So why would it work for us in how we run our clubs? We’re going to share ideas on how to improve processes all while increasing brand awareness, growing membership and best of all – avoiding the leadership burnout.
This two-day conference will be full of education sessions on all areas of AAF as well as professional development sessions with special keynote speakers.
